New Album by Balkan Pop Star Mirza Selimović

Mirza Selimovi

Florida City, Florida Nov 3, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - The fourth studio album of the young pop singer Mirza Selimovi "Let me believe" began its life among the public on Wednesday. The album consists of 8 completely new songs that Mirza Selimovi and his team worked on for a long period of time. This young singer from the Balkans conquered the audience with his strong vocals and became one of the most popular singers of the younger generation from that region. His songs are characterized by sensitivity, lyricism, tenderness, sincerity and noble seriousness of melody. This fourth album combines all of Mirza's previous achievements in a ten-year long career.

It was with this album that Mirza decided to introduce himself to the international audience. For this reason, the production of the songs themselves, as well as accompanying content such as videos, was done at a high level. The project itself is conceived as a multimedia product, and each song is accompanied by a video work that screens the composition itself.

The music itself is a true representative of the new hybrid genre of ethno-pop, which relies on the ethno-motives of the Balkan peoples, but in a modern pop arrangement. This album is so rich in various emotions that we are sure there will be a song for everyone's temperament. From fast pop songs to gentle and elegiac ballads, "Let me believe" is an intelligently designed project that has been worked on for over 5 years and is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to feel the hot and sensitive temperament of the Balkans.

As the conceptual project is in question, it is not surprising that the distribution of the album itself was done in a manner uncharacteristic of European discography. Namely, the album will appear on streaming platforms in two parts. The first part with the subtitle "Side A" and the second with the subtitle "Side B", alluding to the former characteristics of vinyl records and audio cassettes that songs are recorded on their two sides. This motive was so common in the old discography that the songs were arranged on the tape according to their supposed popularity. In this way, Mirza decided to give us back that old feeling of trepidation about whether we will like the songs on the B side.
