MiningNewsBreaks — Reflex Advanced Materials Corp. (CSE: RFLX) (OTCQB: RFLXF) (FSE: HF2) Begins Exploration Activities at Ontario-Based Lithium Property

Reflex Advanced Materials (CSE: RFLX) (OTCQB: RFLXF) (FSE: HF2), a mineral exploration company, has begun exploration activities at its wholly owned ZigZag Lithium property near Crescent Lake, Ontario. According to the announcement, the phase-one exploration is being conducted by an experienced field crew lead by Alex Pleson, a director at Reflex Advanced Materials. The team is conducting comprehensive field-prospecting activities across the ZigZag Lithium property, which covers approximately 2,710 hectares. The company stated that exploration activities would include two weeks of prospecting, pegmatite sampling and trenching along with soil anomaly trenching. The pegmatite sampling and trenching will assess the presence and distribution of lithium-bearing pegmatites within the property, thereby providing key insights into the mineralogy and lithium content of the pegmatite deposits and helping the company better identify the property’s lithium resource potential. The soil anomaly trenching will focus on investigating anomalous lithium concentrations within the soil, which helps identify areas with potential lithium mineralization. The company also noted that it is actively working on desktop compilation of historical data to generate quality prospects and targets at the ZigZag property. “We are thrilled to initiate exploration activities at our ZigZag Lithium property,” said Reflex Advanced Materials CEO Paul Gorman in the press release. “ZigZag is a nonflagship asset for Reflex. We hope phase one of exploration, which Reflex has obligations to conduct, will better position the ZigZag property for an eventual sale, option or JV.”
