Arnie Creinin is recognized as a Lifetime Achievement Awardee for dedicating more than two decades of his life's work as a talented leader within the property management industry. Mr. Arnie Creinin has undoubtedly proven himself as accomplished and an expert in the field. He is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success and advancement throughout his career. Mr. Creinin is the CEO of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., a luxury property management, concierge service, and vacation rental business located in South Padre Island, Texas.
His impressive repertoire of prior roles includes his dedication to the hotel industry spanning three decades. Starting his career as a sous chef for the Americana Hotels in Palm Springs, Great Gorge, New Jersey, then promoted to Executive Chef in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and then the Americana Disney Resort in Florida from 1980 to 1988. He was then made the Executive Chef for the Kahler corporation in Rochester, Minnesota, adjacent to the Mayo Clinic from 1988 to 1992.
As Executive Chef, he had the opportunity to cater to President and Mrs. Reagan, President George Bush, His Royal Highness King Hussein of Jordan, and Her Majesty Queen Noor. Then he was off to the Hilton in Destin, Florida, where he was the Executive Chef, then promoted to Food and Beverage director, then again promoted to Hotel Manager from 1992 to 2001. Until 2006, he worked on consultancy and other projects. As Coastal Lifestyles Inc.'s CEO, Mr. Creinin ensures his guests and customers experience an outcome that exceeds their expectations. In addition to finding a dream vacation property, Coastal Lifestyles Inc., offers and curates unique amenities such as pre-arrival shopping, babysitting, rental car options, and security services. As an active member within Mr. Creinin's industry, he holds membership with the National Association of Realtors. He has also been involved with the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau since 2012.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Creinin was recognized nationally for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the property management industry. He has received awards and accolades and has been featured in publications. For 2023 Mr. Creinin has earned IAOTP'S Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2022 he was featured on the famous Planet Hollywood Billboard on the iconic Las Vegas Strip for his selection as Top CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). Mr. Creinin was also considered to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and for the Lifetime Achievement Award from IAOTP.
Looking back, Mr. Creinin attributes his success to his integrity, passion for excellence through his leadership and services and from the support he has received from his wife Debbie who also is the COO of the business. He is also an entrepreneur who has recognized multiple opportunities in various industries throughout his combined 50 years of professional experience in the business. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
