With more than a decade of healthcare experience, Paula has proven to be an accomplished expert in her field. She is a vibrant, results-driven leader, mother, and entrepreneur whose positive attitude and happiness are contagious. She has achieved success not only with Wellness Inspired and her Reiki Teaching but also as a successful businesswoman, award winning author and radio/tv show host for her shows on Voice America called "For the Love of Reiki," BBS radio network called "Why am I so Happy," and her newest show on KMET1490amradio and KMET/TV called “Elevating Your Life”.
Paula has been able to share her gifts, passion for life, and experiences with people worldwide because of her diverse background and experience. She stated she has had reason to be thankful for her life since the day she was born prematurely. Paula has always believed that individuals may choose to be happy. While in college, she worked for a restaurant in Tacoma, Washington, which she eventually bought and ran for nearly 27 years. Ms. Vail had three wonderful children and desired to spend more time with them. She converted her garage into a functional daycare named Fun Times Daycare, employing two individuals while still managing the business. Paula Vail began learning Reiki after selling the business. She received Usui Master training at Machu Picchu, Peru. She also has a Level III Master in Serenity Vibrational Healing with crystal bowls and illumination, and she is trained in Shamanism and Quantum Healing Techniques.

Continental Whos Who awarded her the Pinnacle Professional of the Year Award, and she was featured on a billboard in Times Square and ICE Magazine (Inner Circle Executive). Recently, Paula was chosen to receive the Executive Spotlight in the 2022 Who’s Who of Professional Women.
Looking back, Paula credits her success to her training, perseverance, mentors she met along the way, and a desire to help others live a healthy and happy lifestyle. In the future, she plans to expand her teachings, grow as a professional, and continue to make a difference in people's lives in whatever way she can, as well as fulfill her life dream of creating an animal rescue on her property in Centralia Washington..
