Babette Bean, a local realtor, took it upon herself to give back to her community by delivering 50 large salads to Immokolee High School teachers in Naples, FL.

The salads were provided by Crisp and Green, a healthy fast-food company known for their high-quality and delicious salads.

As a former teacher herself, Babette was inspired to show her appreciation for the hard work and dedication of teachers. She chose Immokolee High School because of its reputation for being an excellent educational institution. The delivery of 50 salads was her way of expressing gratitude for the significant contribution made by teachers to the community.

When asked about the experience, Babette said, “It was wonderful to see how the teachers were appreciative and excited to receive the salads. They even raved about how delicious and healthy the food was. I am thrilled that I could give back to the community in a small way and make a difference in the lives of the people who educate our youth.”

This act of kindness by Babette Bean was well received by the staff of Immokolee High School, who were touched by her generosity. It is hoped that her example will inspire others to do their part to support their communities, particularly after the destruction caused by Hurricane Ian.

Babette Bean is a realtor who was born to French parents and spent her childhood in various countries. She has a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and has taught school for two years in Minneapolis. She was an active member of the Minneapolis Symphony BALL Executive Committee and served on the Minneapolis Art Institute Friends Board. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, and traveling.
