The HBCU Career Development Marketplace (HBCU CDM), a leading nonprofit organization preparing students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) for careers in corporate America, today announced that Henry Stoever is augmenting its capacity to develop partnerships and raise essential funds for its annual conference.

As part of this role, Henry Stoever will leverage his extensive expertise in strategic planning, communications, fundraising, and partnership development to support the organization’s mission of empowering HBCU students with the skills and professional opportunities necessary for success in today’s competitive job market. Examples of new partnerships include the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), CBRE, and Extra Space Storage to support the conference November 12-14, 2024, at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD.

Since its founding in 2004, the HBCU CDM has prepared over 5,000 students for the workforce, offering invaluable leadership training, networking opportunities, and professional development. Stoever will play a critical role in expanding the organization’s reach and securing the resources necessary to continue providing this experience free of charge.

Stoever serves as a Principal with the Brentwood Advisory Group and is the Founder and Managing Principal for Windsor Strategy, a boutique strategy and communications firm focused on helping nonprofit organizations and small private companies expand engagement and grow revenue to drive impact. His teams leverage his proprietary TCPS model to empower CEOs and leadership teams to accelerate growth. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy, and he resides in Alexandria, VA, with his family.
