G6 Materials Commences Use of New Graphene Oxide Reactor

G6 Materials Corp.

The New Pilot-Scale Reactor Expands the Company’s Graphene Oxide Production Capacity Five-Fold

Ronkonkoma, New York, USA - TheNewswire - November 29, 2021 - G6 Materials Corp. (“G6” or the “Company”) (TSXV:GGG) (OTC:GPHBF), a leading technology company developing innovative graphene-based solutions, is pleased to announce that it has successfully installed and commenced the use of a new pilot-scale graphene oxide reactor (the “New Reactor”) at its facility in Ronkonkoma, New York. The New Reactor significantly increases the Company’s graphene oxide production capacity five-fold. The first batch of graphene oxide from the New Reactor was produced on Friday, November 26, 2021, which is a significant achievement for G6.

The Company expects the graphene oxide produced to be used in the manufacturing of G6’s products, including but not limited to air purifiers and graphene-enhanced resins and composites. Additionally, the graphene oxide produced by the New Reactor will be used for internal research projects with the goal of developing more proprietary intellectual property and adding to the Company’s robust portfolio of granted patents and patent applications.

Management Commentary

“The installation and commencement of the New Reactor is a strategic milestone for G6 as it takes our productive capacity of graphene oxide to the next level. It helps to reduce the cost of production for graphene oxide, which opens commercial opportunities through finding new commercial applications and customers,” said Daniel Stolyarov, President & CEO of G6 Materials Corp. “This is an important milestone on the way to expanding our production of graphene oxide and establishing an industrial-scale plant. This is a core part of our business plan and we are strongly focused on reaching that goal,” added Mr. Stolyarov.
