Russian stocks, ETFs get pummeled as Ukraine tensions escalate

The Direxion Daily Russia Bull 3x Shares ETF is down more than 15% during Wednesday's trading session, while the Franklin FTSE Russia ETF and iShares MSCI Russia Capped ETF have each plunged more than 9% and the Vaneck Vectors Russia ETF has dropped more than 7%.
