The parlor game in Silicon Valley is simple and vexing at the same time: Where do companies hold the line, and set unyielding examples, on choking off business in countries that misbehave like Russia? Do the same rules and principles apply, for example, if revenue-rich China, whose tech sales dwarf Russia, invades Taiwan?
