Fitness YouTuber Sean Kviyat Shares High-Intensity Interval Training Workout Videos

By: Get News
Sean Kviyat is a fitness YouTuber specializing in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. He shares his content to help motivate others toward physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Sean Kviyat, professional bodybuilder and fitness YouTuber, shares his HIIT workout videos to show others how to make an effective exercise routine with fast results. He started sharing videos during the pandemic after realizing how many people were stuck home and likely not getting enough physical activity.

“A sedentary lifestyle can lead to many serious health problems, including weight gain,” Kviyat said. “People trying to lose weight should include a good amount of exercise in their daily routine. Undertaking both aerobic exercise and strength training can help people tackle their belly fat.”

Kviyat focuses on a short, high-intensity burst of activity followed by a length of active recovery. With HIIT workouts, the cycle of hard work and recovery is repeated anywhere from 3-10 times, putting the body through extreme training designed to provide results.

Workout Challenges

Kviyat also makes challenge videos to help viewers target specific areas of their bodies. His 7-Day requires no equipment or weights—just dedicated effort.  He has targeted workout videos for the abs, back, legs, chest, and more.

Kviyat’s Eight Minute HIIT Workout

“Do this eight-minute full body HIIT workout and burn 200 calories,” Krivyat said. “With a variety of high-intensity strength and cardio movements, this routine is great for both burning fat and building strength.”

A healthier life, one workout at a time

“Workouts help, but you must also be aware of what you’re doing in the kitchen,” Kviyat said. “Will my home workout help? My answer is always yes—if you will. Keep in mind; your diet must match your goals.”

The Centers for Disease Control recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, or 30 minutes daily, five days a week. Kviyat uses a combination of stretches, lifts, and exercises to target specific areas of the body and guides each workout step-by-step.

“There are 20-second rests in between each exercise. If you need to pause longer, feel free to do so,” Kviyat said. “I recommend switching up your workout to give your muscles enough time to recover. You can do a workout two or three times a week, and if you want to be active on the other days, check out my other videos.”

YouTube Shorts

Kviyat also posts YouTube Shorts, often with inspiring messages, showing aspects of his life and personal workout routine. He leads by example, from starting his day at 4 a.m. to demonstrating every step of the workout he suggests viewers do so they can follow along in real-time.

Conclusion

Fitness YouTuber Sean Kviyat wants to help his viewers build themselves more muscular, healthier bodies using his HIIT workout videos. With a wide range of videos, from 8-35 minutes, for beginners to experts and everyone in between, Kviyat can help build muscle and burn fat.
