Every marriage starts with love, passion, and excitement for a long and happy future.
But along the way, life gets hard.
In today’s modern society, divorce makes it all too easy to throw in the towel.
Until now. Meet Kathryn Morrow.
With a strong reputation as a fitness and weight-loss professional in Canada, Kathryn has switched gears due to her personal experience of struggling within marriage.
Kathryn – along with her husband Ryan Cass Morrow – is revolutionizing marriage by helping couples around the world to rebuild the foundation they lost and fall in love all over again.
And the secret to recapturing the fire and passion in your marriage doesn’t lie with your partner, or in couples therapy. It lies with you.
You might look at Kathryn’s life and think it is perfect – she has a loving husband, three beautiful children and a thriving business that makes a true impact.
But things weren’t always this way. The first four years of their marriage were full of narcissistic abuse and completely devoid of any intimacy or passion. Cass started showing up and working on his issues, but things weren’t changing – and that was down to Kathryn.
As Kathryn says herself:
“Four years ago, I was pregnant with our twins and not doing well; but I was good at acting the part of the wife. Even though Cass had started making changes, I wasn’t attracted to him anymore. It was only when I decided it was time to change things, and we were both working on ourselves individually that our marriage lit up.”
Kathryn realised that the way she was acting around Cass – the way she spoke to him, disrespected him, and ignored him – she wouldn’t do anywhere else in her life. She realised she couldn’t be a good partner or mother if she was acting this way as a wife, because your actions are who you become.
Kathryn firmly believes that “a strong woman is composed and has conversations in a respectful way. If you are rolling your eyes, swearing, and yelling at your husband, you aren’t leading with empathy and treating him with the love and respect he needs.”
According to Kathryn, it’s this personal journey that holds the key to a long and successful marriage.
“It’s about owning and growing yourself. Couples work best with strong individuals – this is how you work better as a team.”
This focus on ownership and personal accountability is what makes the Morrows different.
What the Morrows offer isn’t therapy – you won’t find yourself having long conversations about the past or, as Cass puts it, “sitting in your pain”.
Their individual methodologies are based on their own experience, working with each partner individually to help you take the fastest path to where you want to go – a strong and happy marriage.
Kathryn exclusively coaches’ women who are dealing with trauma in their marriage. Her revolutionary methods help women to see that they can have it all: the perfect husband, amazing kids, a beautiful house, and an incredible career.
Cass teaches men that the way they are taught to act is what kills their marriage. He helps husbands to take accountability and unlearn bad habits so they can restart the passionate marriage and sex life they used to have.
Divorce doesn’t have to be inevitable. You can be in a happy, long-term marriage, full of intimacy and passion – even when society says you can’t.
Kathryn sums it up best:
“Think about all the dreams you used to have for your life – marrying the perfect man, children, beautiful home – how successful, powerful, and beautiful you used to feel.
Where is that woman you used to be, the one you wanted to be. Can you remember her?”
Through her certificates from The Gottman Institute, Kathryn Morrow’s specialisms in communication and relationships have created her unique coaching programme that focuses on helping women with their health, wealth, and relationships. But most importantly, she will help you transform your relationship with yourself.
The ‘White Picket Fence’ life of your dreams can be yours. You just need to be ready to show up and do the work.
