Toronto Laser Skin Treatment Course, Medical Aesthetics Training Program Update

The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (647-247-2481) in Toronto has updated its aesthetician training programs to help students access the full range of courses, without interrupting their day jobs, or requiring more than one to two weeks in the classroom.

Laval, Canada - June 30, 2023

The latest updates from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy provide several benefits for new students, primarily making it easier for them to progress in the medical aesthetician certification program, while completing most of the work from home, or anywhere with an internet connection.

More information about medical aesthetic training, the Dermysk Academy, and the most recent changes that allow students to work from home can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy

Though the Dermysk Academy does require students to attend one week of practical training at one of their four locations across Canada, the education portion of the updated courses can be completed entirely online, at each student’s own pace. After students complete the online portion, they will be able to schedule their in-person training at the Academy to complete their certification.

During the one week of practical training, students will be required to attend the Dermysk Academy daily, where they will receive hands-on training working with a variety of real tools, simulated clients, and real people. At the end of their training, each student will be fully certified in up to a dozen medical aesthetic procedures, which may include dermaplaning, Cool Sculpting, or laser skin treatments.

There are three updated courses available, Basic, Advanced, and Master medical aesthetics. While the Basic course is open to any student with at least a high school diploma or relevant job experience, the Advanced course requires that students either complete the Basic program first or have at least 5 years of industry experience.

However, students may choose to enroll directly in the Master-level course to receive all of their training in a single program. While this course covers everything from the Basic and Advanced programs, it also includes exclusive training not found elsewhere and provides students with a Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate, which is a rarity in the industry.

With the completion of any course from the Dermysk Academy, students will be certified, experienced, and capable of starting their new career, either at an existing clinic or by starting their own. Students may also return at any time to upgrade their skills with additional training or to get certified in more complex medical aesthetic procedures, such as Vampire Lifts.

One recent graduate said, “I would highly recommend this medical aesthetics education program to anyone looking to pursue a career in this field. It provided a solid foundation and set me up for success.”
