On November 28, 2007, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) met and granted awards of stock options to the executive officers of the Company.  These awards were made pursuant to the Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. 2007 Equity and Incentive Plan previously filed as Appendix B to the Company’s proxy statement related to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on April 25, 2007.  The forms of the stock option cover sheet and agreements for the executive officers of the Company are filed as Exhibits 10.23 and 10.24 to this Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.  The Committee granted the following total stock option awards to the Company’s named executive officers:
