On December 18, 2010, Russell C. Hammer resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President — Finance and Treasurer of Crocs, Inc. (the “Company”) effective as of December 31, 2010. Mr. Hammer resigned to accept a position as chief financial officer at a Chicago-based public company. A press release regarding Mr. Hammer’s resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
