On April 17, 2015, Incyte Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release that announced the release of abstracts at the 2015 American Association for Cancer Research detailing the Company’s emerging development pipeline and that also included an update with respect to the Company’s clinical portfolio and the clinical trial status of INCB39110 in first-line pancreatic cancer.  A copy of the press release dated April 17, 2015 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
