On October 5, 2015, George B. Holmes resigned as Chief Commercial Officer of Energous Corporation (the “Company”) to accept a senior position at a non-competitive private company. Mr. Holmes will continue to provide consulting services to the Company pursuant to a six month consulting agreement pursuant to which he will receive consulting fees totaling $80,000.
