Dear Colleagues,
Planning the combination of two companies the size and scope of Medtronic and Covidien requires dedication and support from employees at all levels within our organizations. By now, most of you are aware of the structure in place to oversee and manage the integration process that includes a Joint Steering Committee (JSC), comprised of senior leaders from both companies who oversee the integration, and an Integration Management Office (IMO) that is leading the pre- and post-closing integration efforts.

We ask that you provide these leaders your full support as they work through this integration.
