Ariel, in
its capacity as investment adviser, has sole voting power for 2,397,256
shares and sole investment discretion for 3,434,231

Berman, LLC ("NB"), is a registered investment advisor. In its
capacity as
investment advisor, NB may have discretionary authority to dispose

to vote shares that are under its management. As a result, NB may

owners of the shares and have the sole right to receive and the
power to
