First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) has issued a press release on December 17, 2009 announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on January 1, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
