Prior to this appointment, Gilley served as General Counsel at Higher Logic for more than three years, building a comprehensive function from the ground up that is collaborative and customer centric.

Prior to joining Higher Logic, Gilley served as General Counsel for Phase2, an open-source software services company/digital agency, and before that served as a legal and business affairs consultant for a variety of clients through the Washington D.C. metro area. She is a thought leader in legal innovation, mentoring other legal professionals and Lisa has a deep expertise in the role of general counsel.
