Introducing the 2024 Podium Pick’em Challenge, the first customizable fantasy sports league with a podium pick’em twist. This innovative game offers viewers an exciting new way to engage with the upcoming Summer Games. Seamlessly blending elements from traditional fantasy sports leagues, March Hoops brackets, and board games, Podium Pick’em Challenge invites players to compete for podium glory in uniquely customized and private fantasy league experiences for the 2024 Summer Games ‘Season.’

The Challenge strategically organizes the 45 sports featured in the Summer Games into 'Conferences' and themed 'Divisions,' enabling players to compete by making 'Podium Picks' for each sport within their chosen Division. These Divisions are further grouped in Conferences based on difficulty and expected player involvement and are named to highlight shared characteristics among the sports, such as 'New Sports,' 'Fancy Footwork,' 'Just Swimming & Diving,' and 'Ride & Row.' With 37 Divisions across 7 Conferences, players enjoy a wide range of options to personalize their Podium Pick’em Challenge and Summer Games experience.

A ‘Podium Pick’ is a player's best guess at which countries will podium (gold, silver, bronze) for a single event, made for all the sports included in the League’s Division. All sports come with six Podium Pick Resources so players can easily make picks by seeing the sports' top competitors, past competition results, and general information.

Podium Picks are made before the Summer Games competitions begin; Players can start making Picks on July 10 and have until Friday, July 26 at 8 PM EST before Picks lock. The 2024 Season officially kicks off with the opening celebrations of the Summer Games on Friday, July 26 at 20:24 (8:24 PM) EST.

Points are accumulated during live competitions from Saturday, July 27 - Sunday, August 11.

The game isn’t just for die-hard sports fans; it’s an inclusive and accessible experience for any viewer of the Summer Games, aged 21-80+, looking for a more engaging way to watch the world’s top athletes compete for podium glory.

Players can lead as Commissioner, compete as a Team Manager, or collaborate as a Support Player as they game their way to podium glory with the world's top athletes and their pals. Leagues can have up to 40 Teams, and each Team may have up to 4 players: 1 Team Manager and up to 3 Support Players.

Leagues are customized by Commissioners: Division selection, Name, Team Cap, Roster & Recruitment style, Champs Pot (select states only), and Champs Categories for the League Podium. All Leagues will have Champs for the Top-3 Teams who score the most points over the Season and have the option to include up to seven bonus categories: 6 Champs and one League Chumpion with a voted-in consequence.

Champion or Chumpion, all players will have a blast playing in the Podium Pick’em Challenge, learning about the sports, and cheering their athletes on!

Create or join a League until July 24.

Support Players can be added starting Monday, July 8.

Podium Picks open Wednesday, July 10 at 7 AM EST and lock Friday, July 26 at 8 PM EST.

The 2024 Season is live from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, August 11.
