HeartCore President Sumitaka Kanno joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announced it has signed a 10th Go IPO consulting agreement. This deal is with rYojbaba Inc.
Kanno tells Proactive the contract calls for the company helping in rYojbaba’s efforts to go public and list on the Nasdaq Stock Market by helping throughout the audit and legal firm hiring process, translating requested documents into English, assisting in the preparation of documentation for internal controls required for an initial public offering.
The company feels its Go IPO pipeline remains robust and more announcements could be happening in the future.
